Eui-Hyung Kim, Advisory Leader(PI)



Eui-Hyung Kim is Partner and the leader of Advisory Services(Performance Improvement) of Samil PricewarerhouseCoopers (PwC) . He has 28 years of experience including two years at PwC New York providing Korean conglomerates and multinational companies with advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization, tax planning and business advisory. He has significant experience advising investors and companies with an emphasis on the chemical, pharmaceutical and service industries.

Eui-Hyung Kim holds a bachelor degree in economics and a master degree in business administration from Seoul National University. Prior to joining Samil PwC, he was an economist of the Bank of Korea.

Eui-Hyung, Kim has been a member of various government bodies including the Korea Accounting Standard Board(KASB). He currently serves as an external advisor to the Korea Stock Exchange on the public disclosure and to the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the national pension scheme.
