In light of the tremendous growth of Russian M&A market activity, PricewaterhouseCoopers and mergermarket have conducted a joint study of Russian financial institutions views on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. We interviewed 80 senior executives of medium to large domestic financial services organisations in Russia and produced a survey report.
The upcoming conference will centre around a presentation of survey results and will be accompanied by two panel discussions. Among the experts are leaders in the Russian banking and insurance sector and private equity funds who will take part in a panel discussion of current issues in the M&A market:
