Consumer finance group benchmarking surveys

Our experience means that we are able to provide current comparative information from the leading consumer finance companies. Many of our surveys are developed to understand who and what is driving operations, the current practices in use today, and how operations and risk practices might develop over the next few years. They are designed to highlight what some of the top tier companies are doing, providing best practices that their peers might consider in managing their own risk.

Our survey results are not published in the public domain, but are provided to survey participants exclusively for internal use. Each organization's individual results are kept strictly confidential and peer responses are presented in a way that will not allow identification of any peer based on their data. In addition, results of the survey are distributed to participants on a no-name basis, and only to those organizations participating in the survey.
