All resumes and application forms will go through a
preliminary evaluation process. Strong candidates -- like
yourself -- will be shortlisted for assessment and interview
session. This initial selection criteria is based on academic
achievements, leadership qualities and involvement in
extra-curricular
activities.
Our selection criteria is based upon identified
credentials and qualities that we would like our people to
possess. Among others, we look for candidates with:

The selection process varies between each service
line but generally it involves the following
processes:
1. Application Form We endeavour to notify applicants and invite short-listed candidates for assessment and interview session within 3 weeks of receiving applications. As a guide, selection for the interview session will be based on established selection criteria as above.
2. Assessment Session The
assessment session takes around 2-3 hours. Session
agenda do vary and is sometimes customised to suit a candidate
based on positions applied for. As a general guide, a campus
candidate takes an/a:
Short English essay to determine writing skills and
thought process;
Verbal and numerical reasoning tests to determine general intelligence and analytical skills;
Psychometric tests to understand behavioural and work
styles/inclinations

Preparing for Interview First impressions matter a
great deal. Here are some tips that may come in handy:
Gather as much information as you can regarding the
business of PricewaterhouseCoopers, both locally and
globally.
Get to know the services offered in each service line.
Then, decide which would be your preferred choice.
Leverage on your work/vacation work experience to help
understand your skills, strengths and expertise.
Be clear and realistic of your goals and ambition.
Prepare a list of achievements you’ve made and struggles
that you’ve gone through.
