Career Progression

Your professional development within the firm will be recognised through the following series of positions depending on the line of service you choose:

Associate/ Assistant Consultant/ Analyst:
In your first years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, you will spend the majority of your time working on-site with clients as part of different teams, applying your knowledge to your daily work and developing your professional skills.

Senior Associate/ Consultant/ Executive:
As you continue developing your professional knowledge and technical skills, you'll assume more of a lead role in client assignments. This will include planning and managing the day-to-day activities of an assignment, identifying and resolving client issues, providing guidance and support to junior members of your team, and creating a positive work environment that delivers results.

Manager:
At this stage of your career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, you will have the responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients. You will provide the leadership required to oversee and manage a wide range of teams and business activities, while offering critical business advice to your clients' key decision makers.

Senior Manager / Director:
As one of the firm's leaders, you'll be counted on to expand and develop client relationships, identify new markets and participate in making decisions that are crucial for the firm. As a key member of the business community, you'll also be expected to take a more public role, including hosting seminars, writing thought leadership pieces, speaking in public.

Partner:
Reflecting the continuing development of your leadership skills and your profound commitment to the success of the firm, you will be responsible for the development of the firm's client base and market share. As a Partner, you will maintain the firm's technical and professional standards, oversee the development of the individuals within the organization, and take a leadership role in the community.
