Advisory Services

Join our Advisory pratice and you will provide advice and assistance to clients regarding:
- Mergers and acquisitions : creating, acquiring, and financing businesses
- Integrating process improvements into current operations
- Enhancing business performance
- Improving management and controls
- Resolving disputes; or investigating fraudulent activities
- Dealing with crises : debt resolution services; assisting clients to deal with non performing debts through conventional restructuring, financial monitoring, receivership and liquidation and through newer resolution mechanisms of NPL sale and asset divestment
Fresh graduates interested in the a career in the Advisory pratice would require:
- A consistently strong academic record in Secondary school (i.e. PMR/SPM/STPM/ O-Levels/A-Levels or equivalent)
- A strong honours degree from a recognised university (at least a second upper or high distinction average)
- And/or a professional accounting qualification
Assurance Services
As part of our Assurance team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading companies in Malaysia to help them enhance financial management, leverage on corporate reporting, strengthen shareholder value and improve competitive position. You will work as a team to provide valuable information and solutions to corporations and executives at various levels.
Required Qualifications
A strong degree in:
- Accounting and/or Finance with strong VCE/A-level results
- Although our traditional source of potential employees in the past are in Finance and Accounting, moving forward, candidates with degrees in other disciplines such as Economics, Engineering, IT, Business Studies, Law, Actuarial Science are also encouraged to apply;
- Professional ACCA/MICPA qualifications clearance within 3 years
- We also we welcome final year ACCA/MICPA students awaiting results/pursuing module F (ACCA)/Module 6 (MICPA).
Tax Services
