Learning

To facilitate this, our Learning & Education (L&E) Centre manages the design and development of learning and development initiatives thus ensuring continuous performance improvement for our people. The programmes are designed with a focus on shaping a successful and rewarding career for our people.

Training (for fresh graduates)

A highly structured training programme is carefully integrated with on-the-job training to maximise knowledge transfer. The Firm will also support your studies towards professional qualifications such as the Chartered Accountancy (CA) programme, or other learning programmes specific to your development needs and in line with our business objectives.

Secondment
There are opportunities for overseas secondment to associate offices under various staff exchange programmes. They open up new horizons for those of you looking to broaden your outlook by living and working abroad. In addition, you may be assigned short-term secondments to associate offices in the region. Selection is based on your potential and performance.

Learning and Education
