Arik Reizner is an Audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.
Arik joined the Israeli firm in 1993 and became a partner in 2003. He has acquired extensive experience with hi-tech companies, multinational corporations, SEC registrants and private equity firms, to which he provides professional services in the fields of audit, tax, M&A and public offerings mainly in the United States.
In the years 1999-2002, Arik worked at our offices at PricewaterhouseCoopers New York, where he served SEC registrants and other private hi-tech companies.
Arik holds a BA degree in Business Administration for Tel-Aviv College of Management. Arik is also a member of the Institute of Certifies Public Accountants in Israel.
