Richard leads our tax practice within the South Island and covers all aspects of taxation for both large and middle sized taxpayers including high wealth individuals and migrants to New Zealand . His areas of expertise span a wide range of industries including retailing, infrastructure and manufacturing and he provides specialist advice on structuring, acquisitions, cross border financing, land transactions, GST issues, employer taxation and the taxation of trusts both onshore and offshore.

A specialist in Human Resources, Barry works with a wide variety of private, corporate and government sector clients across the South Island . His experience in providing strategic and tactical human resource services sees him as key advisor to many organisations on matters such as remuneration, job sizing and evaluation, incentive at risk schemes, career outplacement, organisational and structural reviews and executive and managerial selection.
A highly experienced auditor, Rob's areas of interest and specialism include financial services, manufacturing and the retail sector. He works extensively with large New Zealand owned and international organisations providing in-depth audit, assurance and general business advisory services.
An Associate Director in our Business Recovery Services division, Rhys brings considerable experience in assisting clients with administering liquidations, receiverships and managing financial difficulties either as the debtor or the creditor.
As a former IRD Senior Tax Investigator, Ken works within our taxation practice providing advice to both private and public companies and organisations on areas including business restructures/reorganisations and major business transactions as well as practical advice on assisting clients meet their IRD obligations.
Ian works with privately owned businesses providing a full range of business advisory services including business management advice, ownership structures, statutory and management reporting, taxation and general compliance requirements. He provides financial advisory and taxation support to clients predominantly in the health, manufacturing, financial services and farming sectors.

Work undertaken in this regard includes the analysis of strategic options and determination of appropriate approaches to pursue and structures to implement. Fiona has worked across a variety of sectors, with specific expertise in finance and technology.
Wayne is a Director within our South Island Corporate Finance practice. He has a strong grounding in all aspects of corporate advisory, specifically regarding Buy Side/Due Diligence. Andrew is a specialist in IT systems and business process assurance and provides services to South Island clients on all aspects of IT management including systems selection and implementation, project effectiveness and IT due diligence. Andrew also specialises in SAP and ERP system reviews.

Phillip has more than 30 years experience in both external and internal audits and manages the audit practice based in our Dunedin office. He has numerous clients spread throughout New Zealand and Phillip's areas of interest and specialisation include financial institutions, schools, prospectuses and trust accounts. He also provides training courses and is well known for his course “Accounting for Non – Accountants”.
