16 July 2009 - Věra Výtvarová has been appointed as a partner in the Assurance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In her new role, she will be responsible for audit and advisory services for international and local companies in the general manufacturing, retail, and consumer and services sectors.
Apart from carrying out statutory audits, Věra focuses on services related to the audit of financial reports according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), follow-up advice and training programmes, complex consolidation and new reporting systems, and consolidation mechanism implementation. Věra Výtvarová also focuses on the internal monitoring of the quality environment, corporate governance and assistance with IPO readiness.

Věra Výtvarová has worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1994. She joined the company right after her graduation at Prague Economic University. She is a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain (ACCA). Věra Výtvarová is married and has a four-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.
