2009 Pre-Federal Budget Submission

In this submission, PricewaterhouseCoopers and its associate law firm Wilson & Partners LLP submitted tax proposals to the Minister of Finance Jim Flaherty as the federal government prepares the January 27, 2009 federal budget. The government's recent actions aim to:

Improve the liquidity of Canadians
Stimulate recovery
Create sustainable growth

To assist the government with these goals, our tax proposals offer additional measures affecting corporations, individuals and the goods and services tax/sales tax.
